Like they are gonna go.

This morning, one of my school's library teacher-in-charge went up during assembly, with her bosoms seemingly defying gravity, and annouced that the school library had a brillant way for you to spend your pre-valentine's day afternoons. Simply pay seven dollars for a bear, and decorate it for your sweet valentine.

Well, honestly, no one would want to go to the school library, spend a hour or two of precious time to decorate a friggin' bear, in front of the ever-horrid Home Econs teacher or geeky unloved librarians(I know this, because I was one). And since the school administration is so hyped up with the branding Catholic High, i highly suspect these "7-dollars only" bears are probably going to be the Catholic High bears, and no, giving a "mini-bear" version of yourself isn't going to impress any girl.

What's more, when your valentine asks, "oh! how sweet of you to give me a mini cath high bear with a huge ribbon around it's neck that says Gentleman in the Making. So where did you get it?" I don't think there's much chance of developing the relationship further if you told her, "I got it for seven bucks and decorated it with the librarians in the school library last thursday."

The librarians are gonna expect no one there anyways, the "cool" people of Catholic High have too much pride to sit down in front of their friends and decorate bears for their valentine, male or female. Well, then again, there might be some people, those who are actually oblivious to any amount of insults and ridicule and those who will go and claim that they are decorating the bear for their sisters. ;/

Shit.

I know you know. I know you trying to tell me, and I will deny. So keep it to yourself, and be happy to know.

NCS this saturday, must make it up to you guys.

On a sidenote, what's this recent obsession with punk rock, and local punk rock bands? Seriously, there's too small a target audience to sell albums to, and the only thing nice about these album to buy them for is their album cover design. Yes, I know it's cool to listen to these, but please. Stop flaunting your "punk rock" cds in my face.
